Team Summary
The Sellers & Co-Brand team is responsible for growing business with Regional Sellers and related third parties in Asia Pacific markets. Visa has reinforced its focus on the growth of the seller side ecosystem by developing partnerships, enhancing market investments and having the right talent to execute directly with our regional seller clients.

The role is based in the Singapore Market Support Centre and will report to the VP, Head of Regional Sellers and Co Brand.
What a Senior Director, Global Regional Sellers does at Visa:
- Accountable for delivering on sales, AANR and Net Revenue targets for designated seller accounts.
- Manage the client's vision and strategy on Visa payments products.
- Create and implement innovative solutions that drive the client’s strategic priorities.
- Demonstrate leadership in setting the regional strategy for the seller clients in association with internal Visa stakeholders and the client’s regional executive team.
- Ensure the client sees Visa as critical partner in meeting their business objectives.
- Manage initiatives that deliver revenue and profitability for Visa.
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with executive and senior management contacts within our clients on the seller side.
- Influence client preference for Visa through business solutions, services, and brand strength.
- Lead internal Visa support areas in response to client requests and ensure delivery of risk, marketing, product, operations and innovation support.
- Present regular business and industry updates.
- Ensure positive client satisfaction results.

Qualifications
What you will need:
- 15+ years of experience in highly successful businesses that have a strong track record of sales, client service, strategic development and execution.
- Deep experience in the seller side of the business.
- Experience setting and leading a team to deliver against ambitious sales targets.
- Strong solutions-oriented skillset and proven ability to identify and structure holistic multi-product partnerships.
- Experience in client and partner deal formation, including structuring and executing partnership deals.
- Ability to structure and manage complex cross-enterprise projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels, internally and externally.
- Superior analytical and problem solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex technical and business issues and solutions to a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to understand the depths of the AP marketplace dynamics including the regulatory environment, technological and consumer behavioral shifts, tying this back to impact to Visa.
- Passion for people leadership and a track record of hiring, retaining and developing talent.
