Job Description

Team Summary:
The mission of CyberSource Managed Services division is to be the unrivaled advisor for payment-related risk management, and our vision is to be the most valuable partner in lasting client relationships. We are the consultative arm of CyberSource that offers a vast portfolio of solutions to our merchant, partner, and acquirer portfolios.

Purpose:
To advise Cybersource customers in managing the risk of taking payments, predominantly credit and debit card. This will include analyzing order data to identify emerging fraud trends, developing strategies to mitigate these trends, and working closely with Cybersource's global customers to implement these strategies using a combination of Cybersource and industry tools.
Principle Responsibilities
- Hands on big data analytics, including data cleaning and visualization
- Develop presentations of complex data and content for clients in an understandable manner
- Get to an understanding of root problems, define analytical objectives, and formalize data requirements for fraud related analyses.
- Collaborate with other analysts to help our clients risk management performance
Qualifications
Required Experience:
- Ability to write clean and concise code in Python for data analysis
- Intermediate level of proficiency manipulating data from a variety of sources - big data skills (Hadoop, Hive, Spark) and SQL skills required
- Experience working in data analysis and/or insight delivery with a proven record of creating business value from data
- Experience of managing multiple priorities and experienced in effectively managing different needs
- Experience working within payments industry and/or fraud team is a plus
