What's it all about?
As a Visa Consulting & Analytics Senior Manager you will undertake consulting engagements for Visa clients in Romania. Position based in Bucharest.

You will:
- Develop Visa Consulting & Analytics practice in Romania
- Drive and develop relationships with clients
- Help our clients grow their business in a sustainable way
- Responsible of planning, executing and delivering a consulting project. The tasks include leading teams, coordinating with all project stakeholders (client and partners), resolving/mediating issues.
- Expected to participate to internal /external events (e.g. holding seminars/trainings for other consultants, client events) and supporting business development opportunities with clients.
Day to day:
- Understand our clients’ business objectives together with Account Management Teams
- Identify opportunities and improvements to grow the business and digital banking of our clients
- Develop and propose appropriate concepts and digital business solutions to clients
- Lead and deliver projects through either self, other internal or external staff as appropriate
- Manage project costs to agreed budgets and timeframes and ensure high standard of delivery
- Leverage Visa’s innovation, product and data capabilities to further grow our clients’ business by working together with the sales and digital product teams as well as the with the Visa Innovation team
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
What we're after...
- Experience in consulting company, especially working on Client Strategy
- Expert knowledge of payment systems or banking would be an advantage
- Excellent client relationship management skills (including senior executive
- level) in the financial services industry
- Experience in conceptualizing new products and business models in a digital and technology-driven environments
- Excellent spoken and written command of both Romanian and English
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to comprehend and convey complex business information
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills - highly proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- A proven ability to thrive in high pressure situations and a fast paced and matrixed environment
- Willingness to travel and work onsite with clients if needed
- Expert knowledge of payment systems would be an advantage
- Experience in global management consulting firms would be an advantage
