Job Description

As a Senior Manager in Visa Consulting and Analytics in Belgrade, you will have unique opportunity to shape the advisory of our Western-Balkan clients and lead high-impact consulting engagements. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities that drive meaningful change and deliver exceptional results.

Specifically, you will:

• Take ownership of one large project or 2-3 medium projects concurrently, structuring the scope and managing the project plan, resources, and budget.
• Lead advisory consulting projects for banks and fintech clients, including solution design and implementation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and drive a structured approach to identifying and solving complex customer experience problems, leveraging industry best practices and methodologies.
• Manage client relationships to ensure high client satisfaction, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client executives.
• Build and improve strong, long-lasting relationships that bring trust and collaboration.
• Lead cross-functional teams of consultants and analysts, fostering collaboration and ensuring the delivery of innovative and effective solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, actively developing team members by providing regular feedback and coaching.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and expansion of Visa Advisory practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field. 
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 5 or more years of experience in management consulting, with a proven track record of leading successful engagements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor high-performing teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving business growth and innovation.
• Languages: Serbian and English are must.
