Visa is seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant to oversee our Payment Systems Intelligence (PSI) Portfolio Manager. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for developing and improving the processes, documentation, project management, and metrics across the PSI department to enable the teams to scale and enhance their current product and service offerings. This position will focus on supporting the PSI (Payment Systems Intelligence) programs that encompass securing the ecosystem and Risk-as-a-Service offerings
Essential Functions
- Develop processes and frameworks and improve on current processes within the PSI department.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment with new processes.
- Project management for Visa Payment Threats Lab and Visa Threat Payment Intelligence engagements.
- Work closely with various teams to ensure technical requirements are captured and effectively shared with both the business and technical developers.
- Begin to develop the metrics program for the PSI team.
- Regularly report on the RaaS offerings progress to senior management and other stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop new documentation for the RaaS offering such as playbooks, user guides, and sell sheets.
- Other tasks as needed.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process and project management, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Proven experience process development and documentation and project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 135,200.00 to 196,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
