Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa’s network clients, including both financial services and merchants. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients.
VCA Managed Services (VMS) is an augmentation of Visa’s consultancy offering, supporting the execution and implementation of recommendations to help scale competitive advantage and operate to succeed in the digital age.
We are looking for a Senior Client Engagement Manager to manage consulting engagements for Visa’s clients in Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for driving meaningful business relationships , building trust and coordinating stakeholder communication between Visa and it’s key Clients. Leading sales and participating in VMS project delivery, you will be an experienced IT/Strategy consultant and implementation Specialist who will help Clients grow their business in the payments and digital domain.
The key deliverables / responsibilities for the role include
- Drive VMS project growth through sales, cross-selling, and up-selling Visa solutions.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of projects for Visa clients.
- Recruit and lead VMS professionals on-site with clients.
- Achieve VMS revenue and margin targets for key clients in Poland.
- Oversee project execution using both internal and external teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.
- Understand client objectives, identifying growth opportunities and improvements.
- Propose innovative digital business solutions to clients.
- Leverage Visa’s innovation, products, and data to enhance client business growth, collaborating with sales and digital product teams.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
What we're after...
- 7+ years in the payments industry within one of the following environments: IT consulting, systems implementation, integration, or project/product management
- 5+ years as a Project Manager or PMO Manager or Delivery Manager
- Excellent client relationship management skills, including with senior executives in financial services.
- Proven experience in structuring project proposals, defining clear deliverables, and leading high-quality project delivery with small teams.
- Experience in Project Management and Project Portfolio Management using agile and waterfall methods.
- Strong background in conceptualizing new products and business models in digital and tech-driven environments.
- Fluent in Polish and English, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to translate complex information into actionable solutions.
- Willingness to travel and work onsite with clients as needed.
- Strong knowledge of Visa products and services, and the regulatory/compliance environment in Poland.
- Experience in product implementation and certification with Visa, especially in money movement and commercial solutions.
