Job Description

  • Revenue Generation: Drive the achievement of revenue targets for the company by actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects in the Fintech sector. Sell our suite of Core Solutions, Value-Added Services (VAS), and Commercial & Money Movement Solution (CMS) by leveraging our strategic relationships within the sector.
  • Active Prospection: Identify and approach potential customers, promoting Visa's preference and stimulating payment volume and revenue for the company. Own the sales process starting from lead generation and sales cycle management, through deal negotiation and execution, followed by the implementation phase, up until the point of project launch.
  • Opportunity Development: Actively engage with potential customers and fintech enablers to transparently share business opportunities and formulate action plans to convert these into sales.
  • Joint Value Proposition Development: Collaborate with potential customers and fintech partners on joint initiatives, enhancing mutual value propositions and presenting a unified approach to corporate/fintech opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Synergies Generation: Collaborate cross-functionally within the company to address client needs and pain points in a customer-centric manner. This could involve working with Financial Institution Account Executives, Visa Commercial Solutions Teams, Money Movement Solutions teams from a business perspective, and with Product, Marketing, Client Services, and other relevant functions if needed to enhance Visa's Value Proposition.

  • Facilitate Solutions Integrations: collaborate with fintech enablers through workshops to assess the potential and relevance to integrate our Value-Added Services, thereby enhancing their capabilities and offerings when addressing business opportunities.
  • Strategy Formulation for Key Verticals: Conduct joint diagnosis and market sizing, leverage our thought leadership to identify key markets and opportunities, and formulate relevant tactics to address these.
  • The job involves revenue generation through the active seeking of customer prospects in the Fintech sector, selling a suite of solutions, and leveraging strategic relationships in the sector.
  • The role includes active prospection, owning the sales process from lead generation to project launch, and opportunity development through transparently sharing business opportunities with potential customers and fintech enablers.
  • It also involves cross-functional collaboration within the company to address client needs, facilitating solutions integrations with fintech enablers, and formulating strategies for key verticals based on joint diagnosis and market sizing.
  • This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

    Qualifications

    • Exhibit a sales-driven and collaborative mindset, with a focus on strategic planning, capable of communicating a long-term vision to clients while addressing their immediate needs and alleviating pain points.
    • Demonstrate proactiveness and active listening skills, taking full accountability in dealing with internal teams, partners, and clients to ensure the enhancement and reinforcement of our positioning in the market. Proven experience as a sales leader particularly in digital product or solutions 
    • Experience selling to fintech customers.
