Job Description
Our Summer Internship is an 11-week programme providing you the opportunity to experience all that Visa has to offer alongside completing challenging work, building your skillset, and networking with fellow interns and Visa employees. Throughout the internship you will work on business-as-usual topics within your team, be given an end-to-end project to complete and take part in a variety of trainings to increase your learning. You will also get the opportunity to take part in a global social impact case challenge as well as hearing from senior leaders through our Visa Executive Speaker Series.
We are looking for a self-starting Intern to work in our Sales team in Frankfurt.
The successful candidate will be supporting a Key Account Manager and his/her team who is driving sales and marketing activities to develop the business with dedicated customers (e.g. banks or other partners) in Germany. The task involves managing independent projects and will require to work across different business areas including e.g. Product Management, Finance, Marketing.
The ideal candidate is self-directed, collaborative, highly organized, and a creative problem solver. Candidates should be able to build networks and foster relationships between the client and the Visa organization. Familiarity with the payment landscape and a keen interest for learning how to work with partners is a huge plus

Examples of tasks could include:
The opportunity to work with one of our large external clients to deliver projects
Providing day-to-day support, execution of initiatives for the client
Research industry trends and understand client needs to develop enhanced solutions
Reporting and analysis
Proactively provide continuous feedback for improving existing processes and activities that are affecting our Account Team and clients.
Developing your collaboration, negotiation, influencing, and consulting skills, as well as experiencing how we develop and market products, to promote Visa’s trailblazing technologies to our client.

Therefore, our requirements are few:
Students at their penultimate year of university, graduating in 2026 with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree,
Ready to start full-time work in June/July 2025 for 11 weeks in the summer.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Able to work as part of a diverse team and provide innovative ideas, including working with a range of stakeholders
Comfortable working with data and insights.
Fluent in English and German
