Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Solutioning Workforce Optimization Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving organizational design and optimization, analyzing productivity, and managing workforce planning and budgeting for our Global VD Sales and Solutioning team.

Essential Functions
Organizational Design and Optimization:
- Partner with the regions and your PBP to develop and implement strategies to optimize the organizational structure.
- Identify and address inefficiencies within the team to improve overall performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to align organizational design with long term business goals.
- Productivity Enhancement:
- Analyze and build productivity metrics across the Global VD Sales and Solutioning team.
- Suggest and help with the Implementation of best practices and tools to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and report on productivity improvements and outcomes.
Head Count Analytics:
- Conduct detailed head count analysis to support workforce planning and decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on head count data to optimize resource allocation.
- Track and report on head count trends and their impact on business performance.
- RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) Framework:
- Develop and maintain RACI matrices to clarify roles and responsibilities within the team.
- Ensure clear communication and accountability across all team members.
- Facilitate regular reviews and updates of RACI matrices to reflect changes in team structure and responsibilities.
Workforce Planning:
- Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure the team is adequately staffed to meet business needs.
- Align with the FBP and the Leaders to ensure the budgets for the Sales and Solutioning team, are alignment with our business goals.
- Provide regular workforce planning reports to senior management.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, OD, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and productivity enhancement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in workforce planning and analytics tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 149,900.00 to 217,500.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
