Research Assistant (3 months contract)

Job Description

  • Conduct comprehensive desktop research to support Visa’s projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in the analysis of data and trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with team members to support the delivery of project objectives and revenue targets.
  • Contribute to the development of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the Visa Consulting and Analytics team with ad-hoc tasks and projects.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Strong analytical skills and logical, structured thinking
Previous internship experience in management or business consulting project engagements with relevant industry experience in financial services and payment, or in issuers (card companies) is a plus
Proficiency in both Korean and English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Curious and up-to-date with digital and consumer trends
Self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous tasks concurrently
Eligible to work 3 months as a full-time Research Assistant
