Job Description

  • Lead the sales and delivery of high impact Product Experience and Design (PxD) projects in MENA while resolving complex strategic problems and meeting business targets for clients

Proactively manage Client engagements in key markets to foster value-added services growth

  • Lead the planning and delivery of solutions and service line offerings into MENA, working with Solutions and Hub leaders to address client needs in the region  

  • Identify additional client project opportunities and lead the preparation of proposals for new client work

  • Structure projects linked to product and experience design, and devise the approach for solving of the client problem using design thinking methodologies

  • Structure and facilitate co-creation workshops with clients

  • Oversee and create the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) solutions for our region with a focus on human-centered design.

  • Work closely with our clients in the banking/finance sectors to understand their needs and create strategies to meet these needs effectively.

  • Lead consulting assignments involving user experience design and strategy, user research, information architecture, interaction design, user interface design, and usability testing.

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement in UX/UI design and usability.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and product managers to ensure seamless and user-friendly experiences.

  • Stay current with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

  • Support in the development and dissemination of knowledge across the wider CEMEA region, in line with the CEMEA VCA Digital and Strategy Lead

  • Support CEMEA Consulting & Analytics leadership on project and practice economics, value-in-kind forecasts, burn rates, utilization, scorecards and to manage risk and quality of the project deliverables

  • Develop IP and knowledge sharing with consulting & data science teams in other regions to incorporate best practice, source analytical or other solutions to bring global perspective to local clients

  • Play a leadership role in talent recruitment, coaching and development of consultants

  • This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications
    •Minimum 10 years of experience ideally with proven experience as a UX/UI
    Director or similar role.

    Preferred Qualifications
    •Extensive experience in strategy consulting, preferably with banking/finance
    clients.
    •Proficient in design software (such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) and other
    visual design tools.
    •Strong understanding of UX design principles and techniques (e.g. Human
    centered design, HCD).
    •Strong facilitation skills and client management skills
    •Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
    •Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
    •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Computer Science or related topics
    •Experience driving large-scale change management initiatives either in a
    consulting or practitioner capacity
    •A combination of local/regional (CEMEA) and global experience in financial
    services is strongly desired
    •Ability to develop strategies and activities to increase effectiveness of
    programs based on performance
    •Excellent communication, story-telling and presentation skills
    •A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
    •Relationship management skills – should be able to manage internal and
    external stakeholders at senior levels
    •Able to travel frequently and work on client site for extended periods across
    CEMEA
    •Fluency in English is mandatory, Fluency in Russian or Arabic or French is a
    differentiating factor
