The Global Product organization delivers the holistic product strategy for Visa and accelerates the seamless delivery of our products into markets. The Global Product Delivery team is a business level program management office responsible for successfully delivering on Global Product’s priority objectives through superior execution of project and program management best practices. We collaborate closely with our Product teams and cross-functional colleagues across the organization.
Our team members swarm key initiatives and priorities, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and align on common objectives. We leverage an agile program management center of excellence framework to expedite delivery timelines and reprioritize activities as needed. We ensure alignment with Visa’s product delivery methodology and compliance requirements, providing an independent “general manager” perspective to problem-solving and issue resolution with a focus on outcomes. We support, enable, and hold team members accountable for delivering on committed outcomes and deliverables.

Responsibilities
How you will make an impact:
Execute and deliver on key global Product projects and programs, ensuring commercial delivery across multiple regions and markets.
Establish structure and governance in areas where it doesn't exist or where processes are nebulous, ensuring clarity and streamlined operations.
Lead workstreams consisting of various functions driving multiple simultaneous outcomes.
Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to manage scope, secure support and resources for execution, and deploy processes that improve day-to-day operations.
Reconcile competing priorities, leverage synergies, align complementary initiatives, and build coalitions among cross-functional partners.
Work through challenges, identify bottlenecks and dependencies, and unblock project teams for execution.
Keep everyone informed by reporting on status, progress, milestones, deliverables, outcomes, and lessons learned to all applicable parties.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- 2-6 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, successfully navigating ambiguity, likely in product, product development, or large complex projects in a matrix organization.
- Self-motivated and highly driven, with a get-things-done attitude.
- Experienced agile advocate who knows how to bring new ways of working to an organization in transformation.
- Always learning and comfortable with constant change.
- Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to your program management approach, seeing needs and filling them.
- Excellent problem-solver and critical thinker, able to identify and remove barriers and enable teams to complete their objectives.
- Detail-oriented and have a proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with overlapping timelines and deliverables.
- Great listener and can communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.

- B.S. or M.S degree or equivalent.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 105,900 to 180,650 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
