Job Description
Visa 'Spend Clarity for Enterprise offers a suite of end-to-end spend management solutions to empower businesses of all sizes and levels of complexity to control spend, maximize visibility, and optimize cashflow. Your customers are banks, their business customers, and those businesses employees. The Data Experience value stream is responsible for the management of the data supporting these businesses, as well as the developing products that enable customers to access and use data to run and grow their businesses.

The Director supporting the Data Experience value stream will be responsible for developing a rolling 3-5 year product vision and strategy for our Spend Clarity for Enterprise data experiences, as well as leading a team of product managers to oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to retirement, ensuring products are updated and phased out appropriately. In addition to continuing to build the product, this role will be responsible for:
Collaborating with engineering to modernize and scale our platform, improving operational efficiency
Engaging with customers and customer-facing teams to manage expectations around roadmaps.
Working with product leaders across Visa to ensure strategic alignment and identify opportunities to reduce duplicative efforts or operational costs.
Speaking with partners, customers and client facing teams to uncover, define and prioritize high impact problems and/or opportunities.
Expertly analysing qualitative & quantitative research, data & insights to uncover, define and prioritize high impact problems and/or opportunities.
Coaching your team as well as the broader product community on best practice problem discovery methods to ensure we are working on the right problem at the right time.
Leading the development of roadmaps designed to deliver maximum business and customer value.
Leading and growing a team of product managers, including development of their growth plans and OKRs.
Establish and track key performance metrics to measure product success and inform future product development.
Continuously monitor market trends and competitor offerings to ensure Visa's products remain competitive and innovative.
Foster strong collaboration between product management, engineering, design, marketing, regions, customer support, and other departments to ensure alignment.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or higher.
- Proven product leadership experience, preferably in fintech or data visualization.
- Expertise in analysing qualitative and quantitative data to drive product strategy.
- Strong experience in building and storytelling a product strategy to senior management and clients.
- Experience leading, building and growing high-performing product teams.
- Strong relationship-building skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record in driving client growth and commercial results.
- Technical proficiency and ability understand and communicate technical concepts.
