Job Description
This position will develop into a subject matter expert, offering consultative support on Card Design reviewing applications / processes, while applying learning and knowledge of Visa’s Product Brand Standard rules with different criteria.

What we expect of you, day to day:
- Collaborate as a team player
- Create and review card design cases which are submitted from Card Manufacturers or Issuers
- Respond to queries with a customer-focused lens and engage with internal teams as needed
- Ensure cases and requests are managed within the agreed Service Level Agreements
- Provide reporting to management on an ad-hoc basis
- Create and maintain process documentation and other materials such as internal guides for key stakeholders
- Identify and propose process improvement opportunities and have a focus on continuous improvement
- Exercise flexibility and ability to adjust with new demands
- Share and leverage best practices across the team
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
- Visa experience or knowledge of the payments industry is highly preferable
- Knowledge of the Authorisation/ Authentication process is highly preferable
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required
- Proven client presentation skills
- Proactive, curious, problem solver with experience of being a self-starter and a willingness to learn
- Experience working in data analysis and/or insight delivery with a proven record of creating business value from data
- Basic level of manipulating data from a variety of sources - Big data skills (Hadoop, Hive, Spark) and/or SQL skills is an advantage
- Experience visualizing data with tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Must be proficient in all MS Office applications with advanced Excel spreadsheet skills
- Excellent spoken and written command of English
- Knowledge of additional European language(s) is an advantage
