Job Description
Visa is looking for senior product leader to become part of NALP Solutions organization, and to lead and strengthen Visa Consumer Value Proposition team. She or he will provide clear strategic product direction based on NALP priorities, drive initiatives and partner with sales and operations leaders to accelerate revenue growth and attract, develop and retain leadership and talent. She or he will be an independent strategic thinker adept at setting, driving and ultimately executing priorities. This will require a candidate with an excellent balance of strategic thinking, business acumen, strong execution skills and leadership and influencing skills. The successful candidate will be a commercial and solution-oriented team leader with solid technical credibility to navigate product solutions and to educate the others about those on appropriate level of detail.

Day to day, the role will
- Identify, develop, lead and inspire a team of innovative and engaged individuals
- Manage local products development and ensure localization of global products to cover market needs, to come up with and execute revenue generating product strategies
- Focus on delivering best in class products and delivering financial performance
- Partner with other product teams across solutions, value added services and beyond on a wide range of diverse product initiatives.
- Communicate cross-functionally to ensure consumer benefits and product features sales and adoption across all sales division (business development, merchant sales and acquiring, digital partnerships), and obtain appropriate level of operational support
- Manage and meet business metric performance for Products and Solutions and NALP scorecard
- Engage with clients to co-create new solutions, drive adoption of existing products and manage obstacles effectively
- Champion Visa values across the organization
- Manage existing product benefit providers with a view on improving customer proposition and balanced with optimizing return on Visa investment
- Launch New product - includes expanding coverage of existing products to new markets as well as creating new variants based on regional requirements
- Explore continuous improvement opportunities in the value proposition including customer benefits, services and overall user experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the CVP team for NALP
- Project manage multiple CVP initiatives including product launches and enhancements - covering business case preparation, system set up, pricing, communication etc.
- Support NALP countries product strategy development through a combination of consumer research, Visa data analysis, tracking usage of existing benefits
- Support in budget management including tracking of program performance and sharing forecasts with finance as per budget cycles
- Develop CVP addressing new and evolving consumer needs and emerging segments.
- Partner with internal stakeholders such as the CEMEA CVP Hub, Interchange, Pricing, Marketing, Research, Data science, MSA and Country teams and BDs
- Work with external partners including existing benefit providers and continuously evaluate new options
- Support initiatives such as benefits resell, enabling clients to differentiate their proposition in the market
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
• 8 to 10 years experience in financial and fintech industries, leading product individuals/teams and delivering on product development agenda.
• Strong understanding of the clients’ business and how it aligns with Visa’s strategy
• Project management skills and strong execution capability to deliver against tight deadlines
• Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills and financial acumen
• Self-directed and motivated with the ability to operate in a fast paced and constantly changing work environment
• Digitally curious, follows industry trends and can utilize this exposure to develop Visa’s products, customer experience and digital offerings
• Solid interpersonal skills, ability to effectively work and collaborate across the organization
