The Opportunity: 

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a strong implementation experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Service Hub for our Client Services team. This role involves managing system requirements, design, development, integration, quality assurance, implementation, and maintenance of corporate applications. You will work closely with business owners of these services to deliver industry-leading solutions.

The Work itself: 

  • Lead the design and implementation of high-quality, complex systems and software on the Service Module of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations on the architectures and solutions being developed to the company's senior management.

  • Drive the selection of technology stacks and establish foundational frameworks and patterns.

  • Act as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, providing guidance and solutions to meet business needs.

  • Conduct peer reviews and provide feedback to enhance code quality and efficiency.

  • Identify, analyze, and resolve system performance and scalability issues.

  • Implement automation for repetitive and manual tasks, improving efficiency and accuracy.

  • Collaborate with other teams to establish best practices and standards related to IT service management and software development.

  • Promote a culture of innovation, idea sharing, and problem-solving.

  • Stay current with the latest technology trends related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and suggest ways to implement new features that could benefit the business.

Essential Functions:

  • Demonstrates relevant technical working knowledge to understand requirements.

  • Identifies and contributes to the development and solution strategies to team members that improve the design and functionality of interface features across one or more project features, under minimal guidance.

  • Applies standard processes on the use of programming languages (e.g. HTML, C++, Java) to write code that fulfills website modification requests and technical requirements. 

  • Collaborates with others to support the piloting of new technology capabilities and features that enhance the user website experience across e-commerce products.

  • Analyzes bugs for simple issues and applies debugging tools to verify assumptions.

**We do not expect that any single candidate would fulfill all of these characteristics. For instance, we have exciting team members who are really focused on building scalable systems but didn’t work with payments technology or web applications before joining Visa

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs. 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • A Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' hands on experience in Service Hub of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, and Azure.
  • Experience with programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and .NET.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
