Job Description

The role reports into the Mass Product Enablement function for Risk & Identity Solutions. This is an integral role in supporting Visa’s Value-added Services (VAS) across the CEMEA region. The role acts as a Business partner to Solution owners, Regional Product leadership and works closely with diverse business teams and stakeholders across the region to deliver critical support covering business insights, analytics, and mass product enablement related to specialised fraud management capabilities. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst who works well with data and understands the fraud risk related data dynamics and payments analytics landscape, which will be crucial for the success in this role.

Role Responsibilities:

Business Analytics and Insights (80%)

  • Deliver analytical support for key Risk & identity VAS:

    • Critical Fraud metrics and performance insights

    • Client engagement pipeline & revenue analytics

    • Product & Pricing analytics

    • Business insights and engagement support for fraud management initiatives

  • Support development of solution-specific business cases

  • Analyze & Prepare client metrics to develop case studies

  • Build and enhance KPI dashboards to promote Risk & identity VAS engagement across the organization, and improve operational processes to achieve KPIs

  • Support Revenue tracking and monitoring of the Risk & identity VAS portfolio

  • Identify business performance gaps through data analysis

  • Communicating business performance results and sharing key insights through presentations, reports, and workshops

  • Interlock with business teams on data reporting, accuracy and management.

Mass Product Enablement (20%)

  • Support in the execution of mass product enablement GTM initiatives for Visa’s Value-added services portfolio across the region to achieve commercial revenue goals

  • Work within operating models and service SLAs to execute at scale

  • Leveraging data analytics with special focus on fraud and transaction insights,  market insights, and client feedback to identify opportunities and best practices for Mass Product Enablement

  • Monitoring and reporting on Mass Product Enablement Program KPIs’, milestones, progress and success metrics

This is a hybrid position. 

 

Qualifications

Basic Qualification
•Post Graduate qualification with a business, data, or other relevant degree
•10 years+ experience in product operations or sales/sales engineering support for products in the risk solutions space in areas such as fraud and identity management

Preferred Qualification
•Familiarity with payments analytics as well as analytics that support fraud risk optimization. Experience with Fraud platform solutions in the banking/fintech space is an advantage
•Candidate has proven track record in driving business impact at scale in highly complex B2B environments through excellent program management and operational execution skills
•Preferably has some experience supporting mass product activations working at a fintech/banking operations ecosystem.
Technical
•Strong foundation of business analysis skills to support with data driven insights
•Understanding of risk and fraud data landscape including key parameters used in this domain
•Data analysis skills including knowledge of commonly used tools/techniques for analysis and visualization of data
•High level of competence with leveraging PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI and other data management/visualization related data applications
•Strong Data building and management skills
•Detail-oriented and analytical Analyst who can work well with data
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Creative and innovative thinking, aptitude for problem solving
•High Ownership, action-oriented, driven, and collaborative mindset
•Stay updated on emerging payments fraud trends
