As a Product Manager for GenAI in Corporate Applications and Intelligence, you will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for leveraging GenAI in some of Visa's most cutting-edge corporate products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, to get these products built, deployed and supported. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of corporate applications and drive innovation at Visa.
Essential Functions
- Inspire and engage senior leadership and other key stakeholders by communicating a compelling product vision and strategy for Corporate GenAI products aimed at improving internal corporate efficiency and employee productivity.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with other business units, product leaders, engineering and other groups across the organization to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
- Utilize industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the development of Corporate GenAI products.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, challenges, and trends in the GenAI landscape to uncover new opportunities for leveraging GenAI for internal corporate products.
- Define and prioritize product features with detailed success criteria to meet the evolving needs of our internal corporate stakeholders. Ensure that the time to move from requirements to Implementation is minimized.
- Ensure all products comply with technology governance, security governance, Responsible AI governance, non-functional requirements, and regulations.
- Craft and maintain a dynamic product roadmap, ensuring the timely delivery of key milestones and game-changing deliverables
- Apply an Agile mindset to incrementally deliver monetization and value to Visa’s internal/corporate customers.
- Analyze vendor offerings and market dynamics, and work with Solution/System Architects to conduct POCs and finalize build vs. buy decision.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights from users and stakeholders, ensuring continuous product enhancement.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 11+ years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- Product Management Skills: Proven experience as a visionary Product Manager who executes with excellence, 5+ years of experience in business or technical product management with strong data engineering or data science background, track record of envisioning and delivering AI products and solutions in a corporate environment.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and their applications in internal corporate products including products, technologies, concepts, tools, and platforms from companies such as OpenAI, Microsoft, Anthropic, Meta, IBM, Hugging Face, with a passion for innovation and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI.
- Agile Methodology: Proficient in product management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Critical Thinking Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for making data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Leadership Skills: Influential abilities to influence, negotiate and drive results, working cross-functionally to deliver results.
- Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 143,200.00 to 207,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
