Job Description

  • Act as a key member of the FP&A team for the Greater China business.

  • Support the team in establishing and maintaining high standards of financial discipline, decision support, and accountability within the region. 

  • Provide robust financial support for growth strategies, current performance analysis, business case evaluations for client incentive deals, and initiatives in sales, marketing, and product development. 

  • Support market strategic initiatives by taking a leading role in producing financial analysis, providing insights and guidance to business cases, and partnering closely with business leaders in both the China market and the hub team. 

  • Assist the team with the FY26 AOP process, serving as a key contact for both the business and hub teams. Enhance the planning process and improve the accuracy of planning, forecasting, and reporting. 

Qualifications

  • Penultimate year undergraduate students who are available to work full-time for 12 weeks between May 2025 and August 2025
  • Legal authorization to work in Greater China - Visa will not sponsor applicants for work visas in connection with this position
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data to identify trends, make forecasts, and provide actionable insights. This includes experience with data analysis tools and software 

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), financial software, and other relevant applications 

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
