We are looking for an Executive Assistance out of our Santiago de Chile office reporting into the Country Manager. In this role, you can expect responsibilities such as:

  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients

  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners

  • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries for the Country Manager in the country

  • Arrange corporate events to take place inside or outside of the work place, such as fund-raising events and staff appreciation events

  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents

  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality

  • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clients

  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 5-8 years experience
• Discretion combined with poise and professionalism in all communications
• Must be able to exercise good judgment regarding information which may be confidential
• Must have excellent communications skills both verbal and written in Spanish and English.
• Ability to operate effectively and efficiently in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
• Customer service-focused with ability to work collaboratively with others
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work with attention to detail.
• Solid planning, organizational and written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft products including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Friendly and professional demeanor
