  • As a Director, you will lead engagement teams serving our clients and gain exposure to a spectrum of topics that are complex in scale and scope, intellectually demanding, and highly deadline driven.
  • The core pillars with Digital Practice are Technology, Design, Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing.
  • You will lead in teams of typically 3 – 5 consultants, taking charge of specific aspects of the project. You will do extensive desktop research, source data, build benchmarks and contribute to identifying potential solutions for a specific client problem or challenge. Together, you will help clients make lasting improvements to their performance and realize their most important goals.
  • Over the course of each project, you will gather and analyze information, formulate, and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations.
  • You will work with Visa resources, clients, and other related industry stakeholders to collect information that will become the basis of the team’s case problem solving.
  • You will own and identify information sources, gather, and interpret data and execute analysis to translate to meaningful insights.
  • You will also present results to internal Visa stakeholders, client management and at-times implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members.
  • As a Director, you will also spend about 40% of your time, supporting business development and Practice building efforts.
  • Drive thought leadership pieces with high quality of analytical and conceptual outputs.
  • Contribute to key Practice building initiatives – Capability / IP generation, training, mentorship, team initiatives.

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s degree from a top tier institution with 10+ years of work experience after completing your degree, MBA from a top business school preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree specialization in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Marketing, or a related business field preferred.
  • Specialist in one area of Digital Transformation – Technology or Design or Digital Strategy or Digital Marketing or Driving Program Management for large Digital Transformation engagements will be required.
  • Demonstrated career progression at a consulting firm or in corporate role.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Deadline driven, organized and be able to multi-task.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to develop well-structured communications and deliver presentations to audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to have structured thinking and build strong arguments, comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing scenarios.
  • Self-starter individual with a keen appetite for learning.
  • Collaborative team player with ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, pragmatic, someone who ‘rolls up the sleeves’ and gets things done.


What will also help:

  • Prior experience in Management Consulting firms or in a regional management team working on digital transformation engagements.
  • Strong academic achievements / high GPA from a top tier institution.
