Job Description
In this role, you will own and manage key projects within the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) Consumer Products team and support business planning activities that help us continuously evolve and enhance our value proposition. Due to the variety of use cases that we enable for our clients, each of our initiatives is different in nature. From enabling a curated card value proposition for affluent portfolios to delivering best-in-class solutions for more people to gain access to credit, we help our clients engage with end-consumers in better and innovative ways. Your will build plans, prioritize and execute them to drive our business forward.

The successful candidate will have a nuanced ability to influence and collaborate across a complex and highly matrixed organization and be able to foster a data-driven approach to our decision-making and cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Develop and implement long-term strategic plans aligned with company goals.
Business and Financial Analysis:
Analyze business performance and financial metrics.
Identify growth opportunities and conduct financial modeling.
Project Management and PMO Coordination:
Oversee the the implementation of strategic initiatives.
Coordinate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure projects align with strategic goals.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Continuously identify, articulate and prioritize Product and Benefits opportunities in terms of revenues potential, backed with solid business cases
Collaborate with Product and Benefits owners to evaluate most relevant business drivers and provide prioritization recommendations accordingly
Provide updates and foster alignment on key initiatives among executive stakeholders
Develop, execute and monitor day-to-day plans, forecasts, and performance metrics and ensure alignment with in-market teams on OKRs.
Support the GTM plans for strategic initiatives for the region, in close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Sales, Client Services, Marketing, VAS and local Consumer Product teams.
Report and communicate progress, challenges, and achievements both internally and externally and across executive levels
Collect client feedback and market requirements to drive the Regional product development roadmap and GTM for our strategic initiatives
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualification
-5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2
years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD,
MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work
experience.
-We are looking for someone who can engage in simple but effective financial
modelling with a business mindset, and plan/strategize accordingly. Project
Management and very strong communication skills will be key for success.
-Management Consultant experience (at least 2-3 years)
-Banking or payments experience (can be embedded in the management
consulting projects/initiatives of the previous point)
-Consistently show a data driven approach, attention to detail and track record
of supporting change and delivering results.
-Strategic and Critical Thinking: Methodically break down problems, creatively
solve complex issues
-Confident Communicator and relationship-builder: Adapt communication
strategies to audience needs and effective at building stakeholder
relationships
-Product operations experience with a growth and transformational mindset
and interest on improving processes and creating efficiencies
-Revenue-driven, able to prioritize workload accordingly.
-Experience using tools or platforms to manage projects and/or
product/solutions backlogs (i.e. Jira Align)
-Interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility. Team
oriented, collaborative and flexible.
-Ability to process and understand technical information when necessary
-Able to deal with ambiguity and juggle multiple projects
-Clear articulation and compelling messages communication to external
business partners.
-At least 5 years of full-time work experience
-Fluent/native in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus.
