Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Consumer Products Intern to join our team. This role will support our affluent and loyalty strategies, focusing on competitive analysis, understanding market trends, as well as the implementing and administrating Visa’s loyalty solutions for issuer clients in Mexico, responding to the market’s pipeline and priorities.

The position offers the intern to work with a multidisciplinary team, internal and externally, ensuring alignment across Products, Sales, Legal and Compliance, mainly, as well as issuer clients and suppliers responsible for the third party solutions and service.
Some of the main responsibilities include:
Competitive Analysis and Market Trends:
Research and analyze competitors’ strategies, offers and market positioning.
Track and report on industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging opportunities.
Loyalty Program Implementation and Administration:
Develop and manage implementation plans for new loyalty programs.
Set timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring accountability for clients and suppliers.
Oversee day-to-day operations of existing loyalty programs, making adjustments as needed.
Ensure seamless clients’ and customer experience and satisfaction.
Administrative and Financial Tasks:
Handle documentation, approvals, and compliance with Visa’s policies.
Conduct financial reconciliations and manage invoicing for loyalty program transactions.
Ensure timely payment to suppliers and resolve any discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Project Management Skills: Basic understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Business Analytics Knowledge: Familiarity with business analytics methods and tools.
- Data Analysis Proficiency: Basic skills in data collection, organization, interpretation, and presentation.
- English Proficiency: Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Relevant Field of Study: Currently enrolled in a degree program related to business, finance, or a similar field.
