Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible to deliver Consumer Insights & Strategic guidance to VISA’s Marketing Team, cross-functional stakeholders and clients. This role is responsible to plan, execute & deliver consumer research studies and to lead measurement programs for marketing campaigns. The job requires working in partnership with Marketing Teams and other stakeholders. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Understand/Identify key needs/questions from Marketing Team, Clients or other stakeholders to provide solutions based on consumer research or data analysis.
  • Design consumer research plan & projects. Identify best methodologies to solve specific business needs.
  • Support RFP process (proposal evaluation, approval, contract).
  • Development of questionnaire or moderator guides.
  • Deliver actionable & impactful analysis from studies. Provide clear recommendations to help build the business & brand.
  • Conduct Brand & Campaign Tracking studies to monitor performance of VISA Brand & marketing campaigns.
  • Provide consumer trend reports for key industry topics or segments by cross referencing internal and external sources
  • Support Marketing Strategies by providing relevant Consumers Insights
  • Bring innovative solutions to conduct consumer research and analysis.
  • Develop & deliver updates and status report of all Market Research projects.
  • Present Consumer Insights at local client meetings, events, and webinars

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualification

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.

 

Preferred Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree. Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA) is a plus.
  • +5 of relevant work experience in Market Research, Consumer Insights, etc
  • Proficiency with vast array of qualitative & quantitative methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strategic thinking to generate relevant insights and recommend action plans.
  • Story-telling and data visualization skills to create reports and analysis.
  • Commercial approach to build value added propositions to clients.
  • Robust project management experience and strong process orientation
  • Ability to handle a wide variety of projects simultaneously.
  • Good communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Teamwork, interpersonal & customer service skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
