Job Description
Purpose:
The Senior Manager will be part of the Visa Consulting and Analytics organization in GCC and NALP which delivers advisory and implementation projects to our clients across MENA (GCC and NALP). We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing practice to lead the work on consulting projects, develop detailed analyses, derive relevant insights, and shape clients’ strategies.

Responsibilities include:
- Lead and/or be part of consulting engagements across consulting practice areas (portfolio, digital, risk), including but not limited to the following:
- Assume full project management responsibility for the assigned project and be the primary liaison with the client and internal stakeholders for project updates
- Develop projects delivery frameworks and execute against them
- Structure and deliver all client deliverables, including diagnostic/discovery, benchmarking and market research, gap analyses, recommendations, operating models, business cases, etc.
- Lead or contribute to internal and external problem-solving sessions
- Lead and coach other team members
- Prepare for, lead, and participate in, client discussions
- Lead project deliveries end to end, including coordination with other Visa functions as needed
- Present project deliverables to clients and facilitate client discussions
- Use Visa and external data to analyze client needs across the focus markets and identify opportunities for consulting assignments with Visa’s key clients
- Contribute to VCA project proposals and support in business development efforts
- Collaborate with VCA colleagues, Visa account executives and other Visa functions to cultivate and manage a pipeline of engagement opportunities with the largest banks and merchants in the region
- Work closely with other Visa groups, including Products, BD, Risk, Marketing, Digital Solutions, Digital Partnerships & Ventures, Innovation Center etc., to ensure a seamless Consulting projects delivery
- When needed, contribute to the development of VCA’s practice areas in terms of new offerings design/detailing
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Education/ professional qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Master’s degree preferred
Experience/ skills required:
• 7- 10 years of overall work experience
• 5 years of solid experience in a top-tier consulting firm
• Payments consulting experience is a plus. A highly-qualified candidate will have broad experience in Payments Consulting across multiple areas of focus
• Comfortable interacting with and presenting to senior management of clients and Visa
• Highly analytical with advanced PowerPoint skills and Excel skills.
• Superior project management skills. Fluent communicator
• Results driven, flexible and both internally and externally customer focused
• Able to travel frequently and work on client site
• Self-motivated and able to use own initiative with limited direction
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with inter-disciplinary groups
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Arabic speaker preferred
