Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver projects aimed at helping Visa clients grow their business (incl. banks, fintechs, acquirers, merchants). Typical project delivery: 2-4 months in duration with 1-3 projects in parallel. Projects may include strategy development, digital product assessments, marketing strategy, product design and launch, industry landscape evaluation, and customer experience optimization
  • Assist in driving business relationships between Visa and its key clients
  • Focus on the Polish team development with some exposure to the Central Eastern Europe

Your day-to-day activities:

  • Work with the project team to prepare project proposals, clarifying objectives, scope, deliverables, and approach, drawing input from clients, local client relationship managers, and functional teams
  • Develop project setup, including contracting documentation, stakeholder engagement, interview guides, and client data requirements
  • Lead and deliver projects through self, internal, or external staff as appropriate. Manage project costs to agreed budgets and timeframes, ensuring a high standard of delivery
  • Develop a fact base by interviewing clients, collecting and analyzing inputs such as client data, process flows, policies, competitive, industry, and environmental information
  • Analyze Visa and client data to conduct benchmarking, identify performance gaps, and develop improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with data science team members to leverage advanced data analytics capabilities
  • Identify solutions and recommendations that address client objectives and result in performance improvement, leveraging relevant Visa Consulting & Analytics methodologies, frameworks, and global best practices

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

​What we're after..

  • 2+ years of experience in consulting with proven project deliveries and expertise in consulting methodologies (preferably for banks or fintechs)
  • 4+ years of working experience
  • High intellectual capability evidenced by strong analytical skills
  • Experience in conceptualizing new products and business models in a digital and technology-driven environment
  • Client relationship management skills
  • Excellent spoken and written command of both Polish and English
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent ability to comprehend and convey complex business information
  • Deep business acumen and business analysis skills
  • High levels of integrity and business ethics
  • Management of internal and external project team members
  • Willingness to travel and work onsite with clients as needed (occasionally)
