  • Play a role in developing high impact projects for Visa’s clients in the North American region by delivering and implementing projects and solutions with issuers, acquirers, and/or co-brand partners.
  • Proactively engage with teams in regular strategic & planning discussions, cultivate and manage a pipeline of work with issuers, merchants and cobrand partners.
  • Lead consulting initiatives and contribute to closing engagement by identifying potential opportunities with clients.
  • Develop frameworks, approaches, solutions and recommendations that effectively and efficiently address the most impactful opportunities and challenges.
  • Build solutions and actionable insights that will help clients to grow their portfolios and merchant engagement in their core business.
  • Partner with peers in other functional areas (e.g., merchants sales and solutions, marketing, sales, risk, innovation) and across global regional teams to execute projects in ways that leverage the breadth and depth of Visa’s resources.
  • Produce insights, analyses and recommendations to improve client performance, boost growth, drive understanding of client issues and provide strategic guidance for client priorities across the verticals and segments.
  • Effectively manipulate and analyze large data sets (industry and Visa) to determine meanings insights and recommendations for clients.
  • Build new scalable solutions, toolkits, best practice documents and consulting approach that can be applied across VCA (Visa Consulting Analytics) practice.
  • Up to 25% of domestic travel is required.
  • Position reports to the Employer’s Foster City, California office and may allow for partial telecommuting.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Client Consulting Manager-related occupation.
  • Data visualization, including Tableau, PowerBI.
  • Data analytics tools, including R, Adobe Analytics, SQL.
  • Go-to-market strategy and competitive benchmarking.
  • Product roadmap and new product launches.
  • Customer experience strategy, pricing strategy, Financial modeling.
  • Project management tools including Jira, Change management.
  • Analytical tools & marketing mix modeling (MMM).
  • Driving and coordinating cross functional team members to support product development and project execution.

Additional Information

Worksite: Foster City, CA

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Travel Requirements: Up to 25% of domestic travel is required.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $132300.00 USD to $211600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position is eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Program, FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time off and Wellness Programs.
