Job Description
The Visa Direct NA Marketing Team is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Product Marketing Manager to focus on driving key growth initiatives for Visa Direct. The product marketer will support full-funnel B2B marketing strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to address core audience needs and translate business objectives into marketing plans and activities that impact overall revenue generation. This role requires both strategic and creative thinking with excellent project management, communication and collaboration skills.

Seeking a candidate with a strong background in B2B product marketing and demonstrated experience in building high-performing marketing programs and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the B2B marketing strategy for key audiences collaborating closely with product, sales teams, internal and external agency partners
- Work with internal and external partners to develop messaging and creative assets to deliver the campaign strategy.
- Produce sales materials such as product sell sheets, pitch decks, FAQs, demos, videos, technical slides, and other assets that enhance client conversations.
- Lead the execution of key tactics to generate leads marketing campaigns leveraging Visa’s paid, owned and earned channels
- Organize measurement, lead management and reporting to evaluate performance of efforts and its impact on business results and recommend optimizations
- Support activities around key events and develop bespoke activations to help drive our sales efforts
- Manage the marketing budget and assist with the annual planning process
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• 5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD degree
Preferred Qualifications:
• 5-7 years of experience in B2B product marketing
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset that approaches challenges with thoughtfulness, drive, flexibility and appropriate urgency
• Strong planning, organizational, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Track-record managing B2B marketing campaigns, leveraging martech to conduct and optimize marketing efforts
• Honed storytelling capabilities with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Strong collaborator eager to add new ideas with an open mind and roll up their sleeves to execute
• Experience managing relationships with partners, suppliers, and vendors
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 132,300.00 to 172,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
