The Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) team is a world-class commercial organization experiencing tremendous growth as we expand into new payment flows and continue to grow our core card solutions. This is an incredibly exciting time to join our team as we expand. Our team brings payment solutions and associated services to clients around the world.  Our global Financial Institution clients and partners deploy our solutions to serve the needs of Small Businesses, Middle Market Companies, Large Corporate Enterprises, Multinational Organizations, and Governments.  We work closely with Issuers, Merchants, FinTechs and other ecosystem players to deliver these services.  We believe that the market is at an inflection point wherein Visa can play a larger role in building and delivering solutions around the world.

Within VCS, the Global Product Commercialization team supports the Global Platform, Product and Solution owners moving new products, features, and functionality through the MVP/pilot phase to general availability and continuous lifecycle management. Specifically, the team develops frameworks, processes, project plans, and tollgates, as well as collaborating with product owners to create compelling documentation and sales enablement materials.

We are looking for the right candidate to join our dynamic team to support creation and distribution of sales enablement materials for our commercial and small business products and services. This content should bridge the gap between core product collateral (what a solution is, how it works, etc.) and marketing material (why Visa’s solution is best for a client/what business problem are we solving). Engaging and effective sales enablement content will be easily accessible, will reflect a strong value proposition to the client, and will align with broader sales strategies.

As an emerging professional Associate Product Analyst, you will become a valuable contributor to the success of the VCS the Sales and Account teams, helping them reach their FY25 AANR goals.

This role will collaborate with product teams that follow Agile development practices as well as more traditional product development and delivery methods. Regular engagement with the VCS Marketing organization will also be required to ensure consistency of messaging between internal and external communications. Frequent feedback sessions will be expected with Sales teams and Account Executives to lead to continuous improvement of our materials, driving increased sales, adoption, and revenue.

Essential Functions:

  • Gathering feedback from Sales & Account teams regarding their challenges and opportunities in the sales process
  • Collaborating with product teams, subject-matter experts, and solution design teams to understand the value-propositions, use-cases, user roles, and core features & functionalities of various VCS products and solutions
  • Attending product team meetings and updates to stay current with product enhancement releases, and new or upcoming features
  • Developing engaging and informative content intended for use by Visa Sales and Account teams in the sales process, including presentations, competitive information, case studies, and more.
  • Developing concise product overview videos and self-paced ‘clickable’ demo tools.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of the content, making necessary adjustments to respond to feedback from Sales and Account teams about what works and what doesn’t.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and best-practices in effective sales enablement.

Remember, at Visa, we see our employees as our most valuable asset, and we are excited to support and witness your growth within our organization.
