Support Taiwan Finance Business Partner team, which reports to Greater China, one of the major clusters in Visa’s Asia Pacific region.

What an Analyst, Finance Business Partner does at Visa:

As an analyst in the Finance Business Partner team at Visa, the focus is on collaborating with the finance team to maintain financial discipline and decision support. The role also involves working closely with various functions within the Taiwan business team, contributing to support short-term financial targets, long-term growth opportunities, current performance, and business case analyses for client incentive deals. A key part of the role is also to improve the accuracy of planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

What you will need:
• Expertise in finance systems with the ability to navigate the sunset of TM1 and transition to a new BI reporting tool.
• Expert level Excel and advanced degree of proficiency with TM1 reporting systems, Power BI, Tableau are required.
• Demonstrates well-developed analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Collaborates well with different teams from finance, systems, analytics and able to work through the matrix organization structure.
• Good in data visualization and has superior analytical and problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to connect the dots and grasp conceptual models.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of commitment to meeting timelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in finance (Accountancy / Business) with at least 5 years relevant post qualification experience, with at least 3 years solid experience in FP&A role

Projects you will be a part of:
• Provide incentive impact assessment according to accounting standards and manage the reforecasting process using systems such as ORMB.
• Provide financial analysis and advice for client incentive deals.
• Support technical migration to a new reporting platform with minimal disruption to financial operations.
• Design and maintain complex financial models and templates to support revenue/incentive planning, forecasting, and budgeting
• Perform revenue and revenue drivers’ analysis, leveraging relevant analytical techniques, AI and machine learning models.
• Provide insights from data and present results to stakeholders through a combination of reports, dashboards and innovative technologies.
• Proactively identify and communicate business implications of analysis and ability to simplify and present complex issues to stakeholders.
• Expand scope over time to support various market analysis including but not limited to new business propositions, marketing campaigns, product and acceptance initiatives, capital investment and other projects.
