  • Support VAS Pricing and Deals analysis — focusing on key drivers impacting the VAS P&L

Facilitate data collection and analysis with cross-functional teams—such as pricing strategy, product, sales, finance, & commercial operations teams

  • Support process for collecting and storing global price list data for quoting tool and other system enhancements

  • Provide reporting and analytics to measure efficacy of deal tools, resources, process improvements, and policy updates

  • Define, communicate, and test requirements for deal tool enhancement projects – while seeking to ensure appropriate stakeholder involvement

  • Maintain data environment to support governance structure and business case review for deal level pricing across Value Added Services

  • Provide standard weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting with supporting analytics

  • Provide ad hoc analysis as requested

  • This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

     

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications
    •2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced
    Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

    Preferred Qualifications
    •3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2
    years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD,
    MD)
    •Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent with focus in finance, economics,
    business, or MBA
    •5 or more years of relevant work experience, or at least 3 years of work
    experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD or MD)
    •Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business operations and finance roles,
    particularly in supporting cross-functional global processes, tools, or other key
    analytics
    •Ability to interpret and manipulate large financial data sets and conduct
    analysis/modelling for internal business case development
    •Experience in supporting cross-functional program initiatives and facilitating
    collaboration across Sales, Compensation, Marketing, Finance, Product,
    Technology and Customer Service organizations
    •Exhibits strengths as a cross-functional navigator and consensus builder, with
    high financial acumen and analytical skills
    •Must be results-oriented, organized, able to handle multiple urgent tasks and
    must effectively deal with ambiguity in a virtual work environment
    •Advanced Excel logic and systems reporting experience is preferred
    •Exceptional influencing & presentation skills - thinks strategically to problem
    solve tactical execution, particularly in a growing matrixed organization
    •Low Ego and strong desire to win as a team – pride of outcome mentality vs
    pride of ownership
    •Knowledge and experience with Visa products seen as a plus

    Additional Information

    Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

    Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

    Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

    U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 92,300.00 to 130,650.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
