Visa USA Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs an Analyst (multiple openings) in New York, NY to:

  • Play a vital role on a team of experienced professionals in delivering strategic consulting services to key Visa clients.
  • Complete consulting engagements with other team members, including participating in interviews, analyzing confidential client data, and summarizing key findings.
  • Conduct industry research and identify internal and external data resources to build custom analytics.
  • Complete detailed analysis on client data and identify preliminary trends and themes in the data.
  • Develop client-specific presentations which address executive needs and deliver presentations to clients and internal Visa partners.
  • Play an integral role in the development of new consulting solutions and materials to train VCA team members.
  • Keep abreast with industry trends and contribute to the production of whitepapers on the impact to clients.
  • Up to 10% domestic travel required.
  • Position reports to the Employer’s New York, NY office and may allow for partial telecommuting.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or related field and two years of experience in the job offered or in an Analyst-related occupation.
  • Alternatively, Employer will accept a Master's degree in Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or related field.
  • Processing and summarizing large amounts of data into key strategic insights.
  • Analytics tools (R and/or Tableau).
  • Spreadsheet and presentation tools (i.e., MS Excel and MS Office).

Additional Information

Worksite: New York, NY

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Travel Requirements: Up to 10% domestic travel required.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $113,700.00 USD to $176,200.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
