We are looking for an imaginative innovator who can think creatively and expansively about the suite of sophisticated publishing tools which are powerful but also intuitive and easy-to-use. Videos need to be seen but we also want creators to have control for how their content is distributed and experienced. You will be the champion of publishing workflows, ensuring streamlined tools are powerful enough to organize videos and to post or embed across desired social media and marketing platforms with only a few actions.

What you’ll do:
- Develop a compelling product vision that is built on top of a deep, data-driven understanding of the customer.
- Deliver self-serve enterprise solutions that enable large-scale organizations to efficiently manage and distribute their video content across their entire ecosystem.
- Roll up your sleeves, dig into the details, create requirements, and drive a steady cadence of improvements.
- Set a high bar for success, never accept the status quo, look for every opportunity you can find to innovate.
- Manage the execution of initiatives from solution through launch - engaging all the right teams at Vimeo along the way.
- Define metrics for success and failure and analyze and create dashboards for key metrics.
- Work cross-functionally throughout the organization, partnering with engineering, data science, customer service, legal, and more.
Skills and knowledge you should possess:
- 7+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of successfully launching product solutions.
- 3+ years of experience building software solutions in the video space.
- Interest in video and the digital media industry, with a deep understanding of the evolving trends and technologies shaping the future.
- Strong understanding of the publishing landscape, marketing integrations, and the evolving needs of content creators and businesses.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven self-starter with a bias for action, who can both execute and strategize, and who is comfortable with ambiguity.
Targeted Base Salary Range: $144,000 to $203,000
The base salary range listed above is for candidates located in the U.S., including the New York City metro area.
