Are you ready to join a dynamic, fast-paced global entertainment company? Paramount is seeking an experienced T&E Analyst to ensure compliance and accuracy across our expense reporting processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our global operations by maintaining financial integrity, supporting employees, and enhancing policy compliance within the Concur Travel & Expense (T&E) system.
This is a fixed-term position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly reviews of approved and paid expense reports using Concur queries
- Analyze domestic and international Paramount Pictures expense reports to identify policy infractions
- Perform risk assessments and prioritize findings for management review
- Provide detailed reports on T&E policy infractions and propose corrective actions
- Collaborate with employees to enhance their understanding of T&E policies and prevent future issues
- Offer support and guidance to employees on expense reporting processes
- Create and modify Concur queries to improve policy compliance analysis
- Generate ad-hoc reports and analyses for the Corporate Card Programs
- Provide Concur reports as requested by management
- Ensure the highest standards of professional integrity and ethical responsibility in all business activities
- Propose policy enhancements based on analysis and trends
- Participate in special projects assigned by management

- Minimum 3 years of experience with Concur Travel & Expense systems
- Advanced proficiency in Concur, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable presenting both quantitative and qualitative information to senior management
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
- Internal customer-focused mindset
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Access, and Visio
- Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams
- Capability to adapt to changing priorities and multi-task effectively
- Knowledge of finance, procurement, and vendor management processes
