We are looking for a talented RTR Senior Analyst to join the Paramount International Controllership team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing revenue accounting, expense accruals, and supporting key audits. Your work will ensure the timely and accurate accounting, analysis, and reporting for Paramount's international revenue streams, making you a vital part of our finance operations. Additionally, you'll help with statutory audits and actively contribute to various finance and accounting projects.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare standard monthly journal entries, including revenue and cost accruals, and prepayments.
- Conduct monthly account reconciliations and balance sheet roll-forwards.
- Create financial and operational reports, focusing on areas under your responsibility.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Treasury, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash departments.
- Participate in key finance projects, including migrating additional accounting processes to Global Business Services (GBS).
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations.
- Assist external auditors by preparing audit requests and addressing inquiries.
- Provide mentorship and training to less senior team members.
- Perform ad hoc duties and participate in special projects as needed.

- BSc/MSc degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, with a broad understanding of general accounting principles (US GAAP/IFRS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Proven ability to identify areas for process improvement and offer innovative solutions.
- Confident communication skills in both written and spoken English (B1/B2 level or above).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing time and tasks.
- A team player with a positive attitude, eager to support and collaborate with others.
- Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
