The role will be part of the ad sales unit and is responsible for establishing and maintaining our local advertising partnerships for Pluto TV in GSA.
What will you be doing?
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key ad sales partners/ resellers for Pluto TV in GSA
- Support Ad Sales narrative and strategy by generating materials for presentation of our programs.
- Co-manage revenue activities while implementing ideas and strategies and build databases for business reviews, develop KPIs.
- Collect and share monthly revenue forecasts from local partners.
- Coordinate the closing figures and invoicing process for Pluto TV's local partners.
- Conduct business review sessions with local partners to evaluate and improve the local ad sales business, incorporating feedback from the ad sales market.
- Lead daily operations, including reporting analysis, performance troubleshooting, and incident visibility, to safeguard market revenue.
- Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders and external partners by preparing insightful materials about new content, channels, and product launches.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in ad sales or technology, preferably within media or Video-on-Demand/OTT service.
- Experience with programmatic and digital advertising (e.g., DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, trading desks) is a plus.
- Familiarity with ad serving systems (FreeWheel experience is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, presentation, project management and partner relationship skills.
- Team player with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint
- Proficiency in German and English
