Reporting to the Senior Director, Programming and Content, K&F & MTVE, Asia, you will be supporting content strategy for both Kids & Family and MTVE brands, fulfilling non-linear content commitments, and managing the cable operators, channel operations, and compliance assessments.
Key Responsibilities
Channel/Content Operations
- Support strategic content planning across platforms, in line with Brands' strategy and objectives in Asia
- Assist in providing alignment on global feeds content planning strategy with local marketing and social campaigns
- Responsible for managing workflows and processes relating to metadata and content files deliveries across inter-depts
- Work closely with various local and global teams to ensure that program plans and content deliveries are delivered timely to partners
- Provide support on cross-promotions, promotional campaigns, and programming enquiries

- Responsible for management and distribution of monthly cable packs (program highlights, schedules, EPGs)
- Support commercial affiliate commitments for monthly non-linear programming (CUTV, S VOD, VOD)
- Provide programming and commercial operation support to Affiliate partners
- Responsible for ensuring program compliance is exercised in relevance to Asia censorship s tandards
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Media / Marketing or Communications with 5 years of related experience in content and broadcast media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a dynamic and global environment with multiplatform products
- Excellent interpersonal skills which will enable you to interact with a wide range of personalities and build positive relationships at all levels of the organization
- Intermediate experience with the Microsoft Office programs
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal including the use of English
- Highly organized, collaborative self-starter with the ability to work under pressure, set priorities, handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
- Media industry experience is an advantage, with an interest in kids/youth content and social trends
