Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the development of convergent, multiplatform proposals for advertisers in response to a Request for Proposal
- Assist the Sr. Director in developing the strategic approach for proposals from Holding Companies, using our advertising products and solutions for Paramount brands
- Come to the table with creative strategy and product-based solutions for marketing objectives/tension points, ensuring ideas effectively deliver on the partner brief
- Ownership of digital-first sponsorship proposals across key digital business units of the portfolio (Paramount+, CBS Sports Digital, CBS News Digital, Pluto TV)
- Budget for marketing programs, ensuring the solution is competitive with the marketplace, efficient for the client, and profitable for Paramount
- Liaise across internal marketing functions and guide partners toward the development of compelling and strategic proposals
- Partner with Account Executives and provide support as they go to market, including agency/client presentations and calls
- Lead meetings and communications that are both client-facing and across internal sales and cross-functional partners
- Present marketing opportunities on client calls as part of the pitch process
- Spearhead cross-functional collaboration to develop multi-touchpoint big ideas
- Partner with internal sales teams to ensure flawless execution of campaigns
- Work closely with creative, technical, and analytical teams to deliver world-class marketing solutions
- 4+ years of media or marketing experience at a media company, tech, creative agency, or brand with an emphasis on custom marketing solutions, partnerships, and strategy
- Proficient in presentation software (e.g. PowerPoint, Google Slides) with a strong attention to visual details
- Proficiency in Airtable and Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets)
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously, with proven experience of working efficiently and cross-functionally
- Fantastic storytelling, writing, and interpersonal skills, with an understanding of how to craft and evolve narratives
- Proficiency in social media applications
- Strong interpersonal skills (high EQ) with proven experience of working efficiently and cross-functionally
- In-depth knowledge of current cultural trends and familiarity with various content formats and influencer trends
- Talent in distilling complex information into simple, memorable terms that sales and clients can grasp and act upon
- Adept at public speaking and presentation skills (on Zoom or in person)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $95,000.00 - 105,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
