Primary Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for immediate day of air management related to all aspects of Air Control activity, ensuring on-air continuity for all network programming daily. They serve as the primary point person to provide solutions for a variety of issues that have the potential to cause an air loss as well as being responsible for operational instructions to the Media Distribution Center playout, Transmission and the Satellite Management Center following any interruption or change to scheduled programming.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience in network origination, routing and coordination during routine and non-routine special events such as breaking news stories, sports runover and various live programming
- The ability to multitask efficiently under tight time constraints and prioritize accordingly
- Supervises the On-duty Broadcast Control staff
- Must be willing to work weekends, nights and holidays
- At least 3+ years of experience in a network operations capacity
- Prior scheduling application experience such as IBMS or Wide Orbit
- Must be an excellent detail oriented communicator
- Must be extremely detail oriented and organized
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $85,600.00 - 105,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
