Via has partnered with over 100 cities and public transportation providers worldwide to implement our mobility technology. As a Field Manager in Via's operations team, you will be responsible for managing some of our services in the northwest region of Germany, utilizing our innovative technology platform. You will oversee daily operations, driving continuous improvements and the growth of our services. 

This role is also published as “Niederlassungsleiter/in”.

  • You are responsible for the day-to-day operations and achieving operational metrics for our services in the region (Essen, Kassel, Neuss, Leverkusen)
  • You are the contact person for our driving staff and local partners
  • As the “operational right hand”' of the General Manager, you ensure revenue and quality targets are met
  • You derive improvement opportunities from the feedback we receive from passengers, driving staff, and our partners and implement them consistently
  • You collaborate with our central operations teams to ensure excellent service quality and participate in projects for centralizing and automating processes
  • You actively contribute your ideas on how we can continuously improve our services

Who you are:

  • You enjoy working in a team and have experience in taking responsibility for employees
  • You remain calm under stress and always find the right tone, whether in discussions with the leadership of our partners or the driving staff
  • You want to make a social contribution to enable better mobility for people with disabilities
  • You are data-oriented and use metrics to make decisions and set priorities
  • You are excited about end-to-end responsibility and want to actively shape the mobility transition
  • Your German language skills are at least at C1 level, and your English is fluent
  • You have a valid Class B driver's license

  • Salary Range: €40-55k. Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills.
