As our Director of Demand Generation, you’ll lead and coordinate global demand generation efforts for Via’s B2B/B2G partnerships, generating robust and qualified pipelines for our Sales team. In this role, you will collaborate across Via to develop impactful marketing programs that engage our key audiences, generate leads, and create a pipeline that closes. You’ll lead high-performing BDR and Campaign teams, focused on digital marketing, scalable programs, and unique integrated campaigns.
What You'll Do:
- Drive global B2B/B2G demand generation strategy and tactics.
- Take ownership over and be accountable for qualified pipeline to meet revenue targets.
- Work closely with global Sales leaders to identify priorities - audience, region, account, product.
- Understand target audiences, and drive the creation of new campaigns that are relevant to the right stakeholder at the right time, across all stages of a buyer’s journey.
- Develop global campaigns with a clear localization strategy, and work with regional teams to enable campaign activation.
- Build and manage budgets, and collaborate to develop and manage analytics for lead generation, conversion, influence, and revenue growth.
- Ensure accurate campaign attribution, create new tracking systems as needed, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Own key digital demand generation channels including SEM, paid social, paid sponsorships, SEO and integrated campaigns.
- Continue to optimize marketing programs as key contributors to business performance.
- Develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team.

Who You Are:
- A demand generation powerhouse: you bring 7+ years of B2B/B2G marketing experience, and consider yourself a subject matter expert on campaign strategy with proven success in attribution and optimization.
- Hands-on: you can easily navigate your way through demand generation tools, including marketing automation and lead scoring software, ABM and other demand ops tools like Salesforce.
- A proud data geek: numbers excite you, and you’re comfortable diving head first into complex reports and dashboards. Your analytical expertise allows you to turn data into insights and insights into high-performing campaigns.
- A humble hard worker: no job is too big or too little.
- An adept manager: you enjoy working with and mentoring others, and lead by doing. You’re good at giving feedback about your team’s work as well as coaching them to present and lead.
- A nice person: you’re adaptable, good-natured, and not easily rattled. You’ve got a solution-oriented mindset under pressure.
- Fierce manager of time: you know the difference between the project that should take a week and the one that should take a day. And you don’t sacrifice quality along the way.
Compensation and Benefits
- Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills. Salary reflected does not include equity or variable pay, where applicable.
- Salary Range: $180,000-$220,000 yearly
