Broad Department with varying activities supporting Offshore Service, Serious Incident, OSA's, Repower, and T&M Regional support. Corporate and field focused role that provided administrative, organizational, and process develop work to support this diverse and growing team. This position works collaboratively with colleagues to simplify and improve process. The candidate should emphasize customer needs and be constructive. The ability to understand and apply client processes as they relate to purchasing, meeting planning, expense reporting, and onboarding is critical to completion.

Responsibilities

• Report out on workflow issues, building in redundancy with work-flow manager accountable for required actions. Work to automate and streamline process.

• Develop Processes around PO & PR items for SAP as well as Deal Team Processes and Assistance with new software for Deal Capture - including Repower

• In conjunction with OSA Team pull together and develop processes for site-handover, OSA ramp up timing, inventory coordination, milestone management.

• Coordinate with sites in assigned region to ensure they're set up to order safety equipment and PPE clothing within vendor's order in-take system.

• Audit credit card usage for assigned region to ensure purchases are within the policy for usage and report out on non-compliance.

• Monitor and audit open non-turbine purchase orders for mismatched invoices and follow up with sites to correct.

• Create and optimize process for Service Stage Gate Model under Offshore Processes as well as assist in major milestone management and customer management items.

• Coordinate travel and hotel arrangements for new employees that do not have access or means to self-book

• Manage setup of new local vendors in assigned region for procurement processes.

• Monitor regional phone usage to ensure compliance with global policies and champion improvement.

• Regional communication touch point.

Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Application for Expenditures (AFE) process and manage continuous improvement efforts.

• Continuously improve general tasks and note gaps in processes

• Create and update presentations (PowerPoint), spreadsheets, etc., as needed.

• Includes reviewing paperwork submitted for accuracy and completeness, communicating with field personnel, and submitting request into system according to established procedures

Other administrative support tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• 7+ years of administrative support experience working in a corporate environment

• Requires intermediate to advance proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)

Ability to work in teams, high degree of resourcefulness and flexibility, motivation to learn new skills and knowledge, work ethic, trustworthiness and engagement to team/company, personal value to produce quality work, and ability to perform with little supervision.
