Seize the opportunity to work with a prominent wind turbine enterprise as a Technical Safety Training Manager in North America, focusing on shaping and enhancing a team committed to addressing the technical and safety instructional demands of our service operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner strategically with the Senior Manager to shape and develop the Regional Field Training strategy.
  • Guide a team of field trainers, instructors, and administrative staff to deliver exemplary training for Wind Turbine Technicians.
  • Develop and oversee the regional field training program, including global resource planning, budget management, and regional execution.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize training resources, ensuring alignment with company training goals.
  • Manages oversight of GWO-certified training programs, directing the activities of internal personnel and external partners.
  • Work closely with HSE and other partners to integrate the latest safety programs into technician safety training.
  • Assist the Senior Manager in steering regional training initiatives, utilizing data evaluation and crafting business proposals to achieve organizational goals.

Competencies

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, featuring the skillset to motivate and empower a team.
  • Effective communication skills, both technical and non-technical, with proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneNote), Sharepoint, PowerBI

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of supervisory/management experience required
  • 1-2 years project management experience preferred
  • 1-2 years Wind Industry experience preferred
  • Training/education management experience preferred
  • Applicable technical knowledge and experience preferred
  • Ability to travel as business requires
