Key Responsibilities
- Partner strategically with the Senior Manager to shape and develop the Regional Field Training strategy.
- Guide a team of field trainers, instructors, and administrative staff to deliver exemplary training for Wind Turbine Technicians.
- Develop and oversee the regional field training program, including global resource planning, budget management, and regional execution.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize training resources, ensuring alignment with company training goals.
- Manages oversight of GWO-certified training programs, directing the activities of internal personnel and external partners.
- Work closely with HSE and other partners to integrate the latest safety programs into technician safety training.
- Assist the Senior Manager in steering regional training initiatives, utilizing data evaluation and crafting business proposals to achieve organizational goals.

Competencies
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, featuring the skillset to motivate and empower a team.
- Effective communication skills, both technical and non-technical, with proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneNote), Sharepoint, PowerBI
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- 2-5 years of supervisory/management experience required
- 1-2 years project management experience preferred
- 1-2 years Wind Industry experience preferred
- Training/education management experience preferred
- Applicable technical knowledge and experience preferred
- Ability to travel as business requires
