CIM Operations Department is committed to high safety & quality execution in CIM projects. In order to sustainably execute, the group requires coordinator expertise to assist

support the Project Managers with tracking, dispatching, and order management.

Responsibilities

Work closely with CIM Project Managers to support in service order management and related activities that are required for project execution

• Escalates service orders, purchase orders, LEAP issues, etc in accordance to project priorities

• Collaborates with regional, territory, and site stakeholders in order to accurately dispatch and assign orders utilizing the LEAP system

• Participate in new process & improvement activities within the CIM Execution Team

• Complete tasks to highest quality using Vestas standards and prudent wind industry practices.

• Coordinate with on-site management representatives, subcontractors, and customers as needed for execution actions and metrics

• Participate in parts consumption & material management as needed

• Ability to work a variable work schedule as needed to meet business milestones

• Act as a safety & quality role model, encourage and recognize others completing safe acts and intervene when unsafe acts are being practiced.

• Demonstrate and promote integrity, skilled initiative, as well as a no-compromise focus on safety and quality of work on a continuous basis. Also, may perform basic quality

audits of less proficient staff

• Effectively promotes effective team environment through assisting teammates in accomplishing goals as well as mentoring lower-level technical staff.

• Demonstrate solid customer focus at all times.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in the wind industry in a coordinator role

• Proven ability to uphold high standards demonstrate accountability and take ownership as a quality leader

• Proven ability to collaborate in and facilitate multiple groups to work together to address complex problems.

• Knowledge and experience with effective behavioral-based safety programs, practices and procedures.

• Functions effectively in a time-sensitive situation in environments of rapid change and conflicting demands and is capable of multitasking.

• Business financial knowledge is desirable.

• Professional English communication skills (verbal, focused listening, written, meeting management, presentation).

• Valid driver's license, passport and ability to travel as needed to meet business goals.

• Efficient Computer skills (MS Office) required, MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. SAP & Salesforce knowledge highly preferred.

• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time, climb stairs, hearing ability to use close range radios, visual acuity including depth perception, field of vision and the

ability to distinguish between colors, ability to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl as needed, as well as hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
