Core Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Provide support for internal and external requests from advisors/clients through a hotline or aligned model structure
- Act as a liaison with internal partners to ensure the timely execution of client requests. Participate in the execution of complex processing activities. Communicate issues and provide recommendations related to client service options and solutions.
- Leverage understanding of immediate and long-term client needs to efficiently plan and deliver client-focused solutions. Recommend investment products and services to enhance client relationships and drive operational efficiencies.
- Develop, strengthen, and maintain the overall client and advisor relationship.
- Build an understanding of immediate client needs. Develop relationship management skills to provide guidance.
- Resolve client inquiries related to products or services. Solutions may not be readily available.
- Develop general knowledge of Vanguard funds, products, and services to guide clients.
- Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Minimum of three years related work experience. Two years' experience in Client Services preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- This job requires a Series 7 & 63 regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC). These will be determined by Compliance based on role-specific duties.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Client Relationship Management
- Book of business experience, nice to have
- Knowledge of Wealth Management and/or Advice, nice to have
