Responsibilities
- Partners with a Senior Trust Advisor to administer trust accounts for ultra high net worth clients, their families, and advisors.
- Coordinates fiduciary actions and maintains all account documents and history.
- Conducts reviews to ensure trusts are administered appropriately and in alignment with policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Maintains an in-depth understanding of trust administration and the corporate trustee services industry, as well as, departmental policies.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Three years of client relationship management experience required. Experience in the Financial Services industry preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation (or ability to obtain within departmental guidelines) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation required.
