Job Summary

In the Talent Strategy & Development (TS&D) Delivery Specialist role, you will report to your delivery leader and team but spend most of your time working with offer owners and project teams across TS&D. You will lead projects or components of projects, driving day-to-day goals and dynamically aligning to various projects based on organizational needs, required skills, capacity, and crew development. Your work will support a broad portfolio of offers, including enterprise-level talent processes, learning and development programs, and strategy work.

Core Responsibilities
- Manage a project or workstreams within a broader project or program. Develops, implements, and monitors project plans.
- Contribute expertise to major project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
- Provides insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences. Ensures strategies are aligned with the overall department strategy.
- Communicates project status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers.
- Build and maintains effective relationships. Proactively foster communication between internal and external project stakeholders. Influences key decisions across stakeholder groups.
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks and any related project issues. Communicate solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and consensus as appropriate.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of related work experience ; two years leading projects preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Proven capability to effectively consult and collaborate with stakeholders across various levels, functions, and divisions. Experience or familiarity with navigating ambiguity in projects, including setting goals and direction, as well as evaluating and balancing tradeoffs and risks.
- HR/talent management experience strongly preferred.
- Formal project and/or change management certification preferred.
