European Regional Lead for Asset Services which includes IBOR, Reconciliations, Corporate Actions and our ETF service & Operations groups. Develops, implements, and manages business strategies in support of short and long-term goals. Responsible for organization design and build-out, operating model definition and process design, technology implementation, and vendor selection, onboarding and management.
Core Responsibilities
- Hires, evaluates and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards, reviews performance and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Develops and oversees the strategic operational planning. Ensures operational aspects of the funds are met for the department.
- Establishes leads and executes short and long term goals.
- Develops, drives, and implements strategic and operational plans.
- Develops global approach and the vision for the planning and development of short- and long-range goals.
- Leverages strong awareness of market trend, new services, and emerging technology to identify opportunities and risks
- Oversees, manages, and owns the resolution of key initiatives. Contributes to the development of the departmental business planning and budget.
- Collaborates with senior leaders across the department and division to determine growth objectives and opportunities.
- Establishes metrics to determine effectiveness and progress. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years related work experience, with at least 7 years of financial services or Investment operations experience. Supervisory experience expected.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Accounting or finance degree preferred. Graduate degree preferred.
- CFA or other financial designation preferred.
