Provides sales support working with internal, hybrid and external sales executives covering clients in Western Canada. Engages in sales related activities in close partnership with hybrid sales executives.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinates sales meetings, events, and other logistics for sales related activities. Gathers metrics for data analysis.
- Assists sales crew in populating and auditing client and prospect databases.
- Responds to routine or lower complexity inquiries from potential and current clients.
- Supports sales executives with a variety of administrative and client follow up requests to enable sales executives to maximize external client and prospect engagement.
- Research solutions to client needs and analyzes performance data and market data.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- One-year related work experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM systems would be nice to have.
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course would be nice to have.
- Mutual fund and/or ETF industry experience would be nice to have.
- Knowledge of the advisor advice channel would be nice to have.
