Oversees and is responsible for the daily oversight of outsourced activities. Works with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, ensure accuracy, and adherence to SLA deliverables.
Core Responsibilities:
- Serves as an escalation point and utilizes deep technical knowledge for problem resolution
- Serves as a subject-matter expert on pricing systems and operations
- Works with internal and external partners on successful coordination and completion of fund events and internal stakeholder requirements
- Completes and/or reviews reporting and reviews stakeholder inquiries.
- Provides coaching and training support to Security Pricing Oversight Analysts and peers
- Acts as process owner, for most operational processes maintained by team
- Is the main relationship owner with the service providers and 3 rd party pricing vendors
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement and serves as lead on business projects and initiatives
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Three years related business experience. Accounting or Finance related experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
